Spooooky candle wrap...

Here's another peek at the new CC Designs Spooky Scene set, available Tues, Sept 9.

This set is just so much fun and has a TON of possibilities...



While perusing the aisles of Michaels yesterday (DD begged to go so she could get one of those foam Halloween house kits - loves those things and keeps her busy for hours!!! They are on sale this week if you're looking for a good occupier of time!!!) I found this black candle and immediately this idea popped into my head.

Now obviously if you want to actually use the candle, you would have to take the wrap off or you could be in serious trouble! So...I cut a piece of thin acetate/transparency with my trimmer and wrapped it around the base of the candle. I then stamped, colored and cut out my scene elements and attached them to the wrap with pop dots. The moon, grass and ghost are attached to the fence/tree so that everything slides off in one piece.
