The berries on both cupcakes are raised on pop dots and the frosting is dazzling diamonds! I filled a small cello bag with strawberries and cream hard candies to keep with the theme!! I cut the bag down and made a simple handle, trimming the ends with my threading water punch, also available at ATS. A quick and fun project when you need a simple and quick thank you!
