Just a little bit...

later than usual! I'm here and I finally found time to squeeze in today's sketch challenge.... I received some of the newest releases from DRS Designs today...



This cute tree and sentiment are just two of many new images. I love, love, love this tree! I couldn't decide if I wanted to put a blanket on the bottom or some snow...I was cold so I went with the blanket! I used a scrap of daisyd's dp to paper piece it. I used the color challenge from yesterday and colored the images with my SU! markers and highlighted areas with my white gel pen. I stamped the snowflakes on the image panels and the blue panel in bliss blue. I stamped a portion of the sentiment as that is all that would fit with the space I had left...the remainder of the sentiment, and therefore the inside of the card, reads:
Have a splendid holiday.
I added some silver cord to finish things off.
