Embossed Willows

Today's try a new technique challenge over on SCS was to "de-boss" an image... to basically emboss an open area on an image from the back of the image...typically on a piece of vellum...

Here is mine...images by DRS Designs...

I stamped the willows on vellum with brown stazon and then "de-bossed" the fuzzy areas. The scallop oval is a sizzix die cut. I used a circle punch folded over the top for my ribbon attachment. The sentiment is stamped on an SU! word window punch, layered with a black punch. The dry embossing on the blue panel was done with my scor-pal!! I added some blue dew drops for good measure!

**Did you know that DRS Designs has a customer card gallery? Well, head on over and check it out and be sure to send them some of your cards, using DRS Designs images, so everyone else can check them out too! (You can send them a hard copy or via email)***

Thanks for stoppping by...I'll be back tomorrow...
See you soon...

(Don't forget, if you're looking for a good deal on some SU! sets, head back to the post before this one or click the "For Sale" link on my side bar to head over and check them out!)
