Little Lady Wishes...

for a happy birthday! No, no one is having a birthday but this little lady is so cute and since she and the sentiment fit the sketch challenge so well today, I just had to use them!

It's a pretty straight forward card so I won't babble...the dots on the sentiment panel are marker dots, not piercings and the lady is raised on a pop dot and the black scallop is also raised!
