Are they singing?

Just what are these cats doing?! They might be singing or just enjoying the full moon, but they are definitely sending you a smile!! This card is for yesterday's technique challenge - paper tole.

The fence is raised once and the cats are raised twice - they are also heat embossed with clear powder. I couldn't resist tying a bow on the tail!!
