Colors...

It's that time of the week again...the mid-week color challenge on Color Throwdown...we're in week 12 already!! If you haven't played along yet, what are you waiting for?! Anyone can play and there is no time limit. Be sure to post a comment on the Color Throwdown blog post so we can visit and see your creations. Also, please use the keyword CTD12 when you post to an online gallery. You can post creations from older challenges as well, just change the number to whatever challenge week you work with.

Here is my creation for this week...be sure to stop by the Color Throwdown blog to see the other designers cards AND to visit their blogs...lots of inspiration there!!

Images by DRS Designs...

I FINALLY ordered the swiss dots cuttlebug folder from All That Scraps...love it!
I stamped the olive background with the DRS dotted background stamp and then embossed with my folder. The wreath and sentiment are separate images. I cut out a few extra holly leaves and raised them on pop dots. I love the addition of the light blue ribbon with these colors. I also FINALLY got the threading water punch from Fiskars (also avail. at ATS). For the punched strip on the focal image I added jewels but for the lower strip I left the holes open.

Thanks for stopping by...
See you soon...

Beautiful card, Cathy! I love the popped up leaves and the Swiss Dots (one of my all time favorites) is just perfect for the background!

Great card - I like how some of the leaves stick out...and the jewels. Joan
