Today's color challenge on SCS was kraft, black and red...a perfect combo for the card I had in my head!!!

The kitties and hearts are raised on pop dots...I sponged some blue ink on the main panel. The hearts are part of an older image...this pretty heart one....
The hearts on the side are a background stamp, stamped in white craft ink. This ink dries really fast when you stamp it on kraft paper! No heat embossing needed! The scalloped strip was made with the now popular threading water punch!
