The swirl was stamped in black craft along with the hearts and heat embossed with clear powder. I added snippets of ribbon behind the hearts. I added a strip cut with the threading water punch at the top, and cut the sides with my Martha Stewart flourish border punch. I alternated my jewels between clear and red...the red ones were colored with a Copic marker. Easy peasy!!!
