Happy Valentines Day!

Just a quick post to wish every one a Happy Valentines Day! I hope you have a "sweet" day or night planned...

This focal image is really a year round image...one of my favorites! I stamped it in pink passion and then stamped it again with the new Versamark Champagne dazzle pad...a little off of the pink passion on purpose to give a shadow effect. I kept the card simple because I wanted the embossed dots and the image to stand out. It's is hard to tell but the dots were rubbed with the Versamark Frost dazzle pad. I was actually trying to use this image on another card and obviously couldn't get the image to fit on the circle...I liked the way it looked so much that I put this card together lickety split!! See, that is why you should never throw out your goofs!!!

I added some ribbon and scored a line using my Scor-pal up to the star jewel. The top looked like it needed something so I scored two lines up there too.

For the inside, I stamped the image with the same combo of inks next to the sentiment...this time showing the edge that was cut off on the front. I thought this sentiment was perfect since my card is not flowery or mushy!!
