Here is my non-candy treat...Images by DRS Designs...

I found this pack of nail polishes at the Target dollar spot and immediately knew I had to remake the container they were in! I simply took the outer packaging apart and traced around it to make a new template. I then cut it out and scored the fold lines with my Scor-pal. I stamped the interlocking star background in the new Versamark dazzle/champagne ink. Love the sparkle! I made the frame for the window using the Sizzix rectangle window card die. I simply cut the solid portion of the die cut off and adhered the window portion over my acetate window. I then stamped the same stars on the white heart (cut with my Sizzix) in pink passion and the same versamark ink. I stamped the sentiment in the same inks and then cut the strip into a little banner and attached it under the hearts. The holes in the top were cut with a hole punch. I added some ribbons to finish things off.
My girls eat enough candy so I thought this would be the perfect treat for my pre-teen! This would make a great birthday favor too!!! Hmnn.....I wonder if they have any more?!!!
Thanks for checking in...I hope this inspires you to make some sort of Valentine treat...if you do, post a link to your creation on THIS post so we can check it out!!
See you soon...
