good thing too because they are all over me after making this card!!! Today was the color challenge over on SCS...
Images by DRS Designs...
I used the new double cattail egg that was recently released. The solid image is the focal point and the open image was stamped in versamark on the olive and sage as a background. I stamped the focal image in pretty in pink ink and then ran the oval through my Xyron to make it all sticky...I then poured on some dazzling diamonds and then applied a piece of packing tape. The scallop and ovals are from the sizzix scallop frame die. I used the swirls embossing folder on the white panel. The ribbon came from the dollar section in Michaels...there might still be some left if you hurry! The bottom of the olive layer was punched with my Martha Stewart doily punch. The bridal flowers are from Michaels...did you see that they come in spring colors now???!!! Of course, no card is complete without some jewels!!!
Thanks for checking in. Don't forget to stop by the DRS Designs blog...you could win some blog candy if you visit (and comment/participate in) THIS post and THIS post. C'mon...don't you want some free stamps?????????
Check back tomorrow for another Color Throwdown color challenge...
See you soon...
