Such a pretty flower...

I just love the Chrysanthemum set by ArtfulINKables...when I received it in the mail I was sooo excited!!!

Here is my first creation with it...such a large pretty flower stamp...

I decided I would do a form of spotlighting with this one. I kept everything clean and simple. I stamped the whole flower on my card front and then stamped just a corner of it onto my focal panel and then onto a scrap. I colored with my Bic markers on the scrap and then cut it out and adhered it over the image on my focal panel with pop dots. A sentiment from the Basic Sentiments set and some ribbon and I was done!

I think it makes a bold statement, don't you?
Thanks for checking in...have a great weekend...see you tomorrow!

A beautiful take on the spotlighting technique! I love your bold colors in contrast to the black and white...it is quite striking.
