Welcome back to another Color Throwdown color challenge...and happy mid-week!! We're almost to a holiday weekend here in the States!
This week's colors are:
and here is my creation...

I chose to make a square card this week. I stamped this plaid flower (H314) twice in craft ink, heat embossed and then cut and layered each flower. The top flower is cut into petals so I could give it a little "lift"! I adhered a button and sparkle brad to the center. This cool new background (H366) was a perfect match for the design on the flower. A simple sentiment (D289) finishes it off, along with some butterfly punches and white gel pen doodles.
Be sure to check out the rest of the teams cards - awesome as usual!!!

We would love for you to participate. Just a post a direct link to your creation on the CTD blog and if you upload to a public gallery, use the keyword DRSC43.
See you soon...

Beautiful!! I love the flower, and the little butterflies finish off the card perfectly!
I love that Lots of Lines background... used it last week for my Card Buffet! Your white gel pen lines look so cool, and that flower is awesome! Great job!

Cathy,
I know this is long overdue please forgive me. First, I would like to thank you for stopping by my blog and taking a peek at my card for this week's CDT. I hope you'll visit again. :) I love the CDT's. I love your card. I love the flower! Did you cut out the petals individually and then arrange them? Inquiring minds want to know. Boy am I dating myself or what? hahahaha. I hope you are having a super holiday weekend. God Bless...Hugs, Sazzy
