Cards for Heroes Challenge

Do you like making holiday cards? Do you like participating in a good cause? If you said yes, to either of those questions, check out THIS LINK on how you can help DRS Designs brighten the holidays just a little bit for some service men and women and their families/friends.

For the months of September and October, every other Monday on the DRS Blog, the DT will share their holiday cards that were created to be donated to Cards for Heroes. Be sure to check them out for inspiration in creating your cards for donation. All the info on the prizes you can earn, the place to send your cards and the submission deadline is HERE.

Here is one of my cards created for the donation box...images by DRS Designs...

I just love this snowman line up (K232). I popped "junior"!! The sentiment is a portion of a new image being released by DRS Designs this month. I kept the design of the card simple so I could make multiples (as you can see in the photo!). Also, although it's tempting to put glitter on holiday cards, we've been asked not to for safety reasons where the soliders are concerned. Based on that, I decided to make a non-embellishment card!!

Be sure to check out the other team members cards on the DRS blog. We hope you will join us in our first ever card drive!!

See you soon...
