ColorThrowdown #66

Happy mid-week! You know what else today is, right? Another Color Throwdown color challenge! LeAnne is our hostess today and she chose (IMO) a "spooky" color combo...

which I felt called for a spooky card!!

Images by DRS Designs...

I used just a portion of this larger new release image, Silhouette Haunted House...and this new ghoulish sentiment! A few black flowers and jewels finish the look on this "ghouly" Halloween card!!

I hope you will take time to visit the other CTD designers blogs...

Tammy Hershberger
Broni Holcombe
LeAnne Pugliese
Danielle Kennedy
Barbara Anders

and our guest designer for October...Lisa Kind of Kind Creations.

Don't forget, we would love for you to play along with us in the challenge. You can use your closest matches on the colors. If you play, please post a direct link in Mr. Linky in the CTD post (non-direct links will be deleted). If you upload to a public gallery, please use the keyword, CTD66. You never know, you could be chosen as a Featured Stamper and then be in the running to be our December guest designer!!!

(You can participate in our challenges at any time, but to be considered for the blog candy and/or Featured Stamper your entry must be linked with Mr. Linky by 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, November 1.)

See you soon...

Cute card, Cathy! I would never have thought to use these colors for a Halloween card, but you sure did a fantastic job of it!

Great job with the color challenge! Love how you used only a portion of that spooky house & how you stamped it on colored poaper! (I always think white!)
