Sue, the artist at DRS Designs, has done it again! She has come up with another clever design with so many uses! One of the cool new images in this recent release is an extra large ribbon slide! Last year Sue created a line of "regular" size ribbon slides but this year she went above and beyond and created one that is SOOOOOO cool!
This slide is perfect for your wide ribbon! There are so many possibilities for this image. I can't wait to share more with you!! I paired this slide image today with the new love is patient image. I used the sentiment as a background image, but it could easily stand alone as a focal image. Be sure to check out the DRS Designs site for more ideas using this and all the other stamps they produce. Another cool line that debuted last year was the images that fit your scallop punches. I chose the heart scallop for this card. This image fits the giga scallop punch.
I stamped the slide in black craft ink and heat embossed with clear powder. I then cut it out along the image lines. Once it was cut out, I was able to layer it onto a giga square scallop punch. Some wide satin ribbon left over from a gift, tied into a bow and some black adhesive pearls finished my card off nicely!
Thanks so much for stopping by...
See you soon...
