Welcome back to another Color Throwdown color challenge! After a nice holiday break, we are back in gear and ready to go!!!! Without further delay, here are this week's colors:
and here is my card, images by DRS Designs...
I stamped the triple tree with snow image in artichoke green and then stamped over the same image with Versamark dazzle ink for some shimmer. The new winter wording square was stamped on ivory shimmer paper in green stazon ink. I added a couple of pearls, one to the ribbon loop and one to the "i" in Winter and I was done!!
Be sure to check out the rest of the teams creations:
Tammy Hershberger
Broni Holcombe
LeAnne Pugliese
Danielle Kennedy
Barbara Anders
Kristin Bueter
Laura Pryor
and our Guest for January...
Lori Tecler

See you soon...

I love your card, Cathy! That framed sentiment is just wonderful, as are the background trees! I just love that you used kraft as your background for these soft colors!
Um, um..love your kraft! Love the tree stamp you used and your focal panel is so pretty! Great job with this week's colors!
Cathy, this is lovely! What a cool sentiment and your background trees remind me of the very first stamp I ever bought! Now I wonder where that is....hmmm. Anyway, the Kraft base gives the whole thing a nice homey feel!
This is so beautiful, Cathy! I LOVE how gorgeous that ribbon is against the kraft cardstock, and that curly border is so pretty!
Really pretty Cathy! I love those tree's and the ribbon and edging are lovely!
SO pretty, Cathy! I really {heart} those trees and the sentiment is awesome!
What a nice winter card. I like the scrolly border punch and the arrangement of the ribbon.
This is just lovely, Cathy--peaceful and serene! The elegant border along the bottom is a perfect touch. I'm so honored to be joining the talented Color Throwdown group as a guest this month--thanks for having me!
