Here's to a new week...second official day of Spring!! DRS Designs is hosting a color challenge over at Forever Friends Challenge Blog. I chose the red, white and blue color line...

I chose the fun doggie dilemma image for my focal point. The sentiment seemed perfect! I used a cuttlebug embossing folder behind the image. I tied some twine with small stick around the focal panel.
