A Quick Post...

Just a quick one today as I'm on my out to a SU! workshop!! I don't think I've been to one in several years now!!!

I paper pieced the patterned paper on the lady bugs..added some jewels! The focal point is popped!

This next one is an image I just rec'd from DRS Designs - isn't it awesome! I knew it would be perfect for todays sketch...

A straight forward card...I stamped hope in pretty in pink on the background and popped the focal point...the middle layer is stamped with the DRS plaid stamp. The heart brad is from Target.

And then a gift for Teacher Appreciation...

A "spa" gift! Everything is from the $1 spot at Target...I added a silk flower to the body scrub and embellished the plain note cards with a scallop punch and a flower from DRS with a jewel in the center. The gift includes hand soap, body scrub, soap and the notecards. The pail is from the $1 spot too. Quick and easy! I hope they like it...I made three!

Thanks for visiting...hope you're having a good week...I'm off to order supplies!!! Maybe I will finally break down and buy the rest of the SU! marker sets...so many of my SU! sets are on the new retired list, I'm not sure I want to buy any more right now! I'm curious as to what the new catty brings!!
