Blingity, Bling, Bling...

That was the subject of today's ways to use it challenge on SCS. Of course, this really isn't a challenge for me since I use bling pretty much all the time!!! I love my stick on jewels!!

So, here is what I did today...

The images on this first one are by DRS Designs.

I included the stamp in the photo so you can see that I made the wreath from just this small stamp. I first stamped it in a circle in certainly celery and then again in garden green. I added some red glitter glue for the berries. The kraft layer was embossed with my script folder. I added some brads at the top and a little snip of ribbon next to my sentiment. I also added a red jewel next to the sentiment which is stamped in chocolate chip. I was going for a country feel so I stitched around the perimiter of the card.
The image is actually part of a four image stamp... I decided to "unmount" it so that all four images are more versatile.

These next cards both sport images from CC Designs.

This first one is Daphne from the Gone to School set. I stamped her and then punched just her head with my circle punch. I added a little bit (!!) of bling around her head. The letter dp is from a mini slab I found at Michaels by Christina Cole. Since oldest dd brought home an interim report card of all A's, I thought this would be good for her!! Daphne is colored with markers. I added a little gold star to her shirt.

And next is a Halloween card...

This card is actually very sparkly in real life!! These images are from the Halloween set. The green paper is Bazzill Bling - envy. Appropriate for this challenge!!! The image is stamped on Bazzill Coconut smoothie - white. I colored the image with markers (after masking and stamping) and the scribbled over the marker with glitter gel pens. I sponged in the sky. The sentiment was stamped and then punched out with the SU! word window punch. I added some jewels. The sewing again was done on my sewing machine. The bat is cut out, colored and adhered on pop dots. The bat is highlighted with my Sakura stardust pen although you can't tell in the photo!!
The Bazzill paper and stardust pen are all available at ATS . The bling paper is very cool - check it out!!!
