Here is the Mom card

I mentioned yesterday!! I'm not too sure about this one...I think I might like the Dad card better!!! Again, this is for the weeks technique challenge over on SCS...

I mainly used versamark ink and heat embossed with clear powder. The double layer butterfly was stamped on vellum...once with lilac craft and the top one with versamark...both were heat embossed with clear powder. I wrapped wire around the body and it is raised on a pop dot on the inner card. I decided to make a closure for the card using one of the new DRS ribbon slide stamps...perfect!!! The stamp is layed out to be cut on the top and bottom of the middle section but I just cut on the sides and ran the ribbon through. No probem!! Not too much more babble on this one!!!

I'm getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow so I'm not feeling too chatty (I know, I know, I'll be fine!!! But who wouldn't be nervous?! Other than my dh, who of course, thinks I'm nuts for being nervous!) I'm off to try the color challenge and take my mind off it!
