Check it out!!! This is first of several sneak peeks this week of new CC Designs stamps!!! This set - Hootin' Good Time - is packed full of images and sentiments! The unmounteds even come in a CD tin!!!
Here are my cards...both are made with a select group of papers and embellishments that Christine put together and will be posting for sale individually along with the sets...All the new sets will be available bright and early (well, not really bright as it will still be dark for most of us!) Sunday, May 4 at 12:01 am EST!!!!!
and...
For the first card, I stamped the tree, leaves and owl on scraps, then I colored them and cut them out. As you can see some of the leaf bunches are popped along with the owl. I couldn't resist writing on the tree!! (he he) Note: for those of you with Monkey Love or those considering Monkey Love...this tree would be great for the Monkey!!!
I took a simpler approach with the second card...the owl is again cut out and popped. I added a strip that was embossed with my dots cuttlebug folder (ATS carries those too!) because I thought the dots resembled the owls eyes!
There are so many fun owls in the set, this is only a glimpse of them!! Be sure to check out the other design team members blogs for their ideas as well!
Check back tomorrow for a sneak peek the second set that will be released Sunday morning! Also, mark your calendar because Christine is having a release party on the ATS blog Saturday night starting at 11p EST...
See you soon...

Adorable cards! You and I have to stop thinking alike -- I used the same CB folder with the same image for the same reason! :)
Wow, these are great...I love the tree at the top popping out at you. Joan
How cute are these owls - the colours of the papers stand out - it's a real woody feel!! Love your idea of the words on the tree.
Those cards are awesome, I love the colors and papers you chose, and also those owls.
There are so many owls stamps everywhere lately that I am getting really tired of them but the 1st one you used here is one of my favorite in real life and you showcased it beautifully. :-)
