Monday, part 2!

Did you have a chance to check out the DRS Designs blog challenge? What great projects by the design team! We hope you can participate too...we post a challenge every two weeks and each day of the week a different DT member posts inspiration for you. Be sure to check it out!

The SCS technique challenge was a little too involved for me today so I decided to inspire you with a 10 minute Thanksgiving card! If you need to mass produce, this is the way to go!!

Images by DRS Designs, sentiment is a new release, available now!

I stamped the cornucopia in eggplant ink on my textured eggplant panel. The sentiment is stamped in eggplant too. I then inked some small leaves in plum and then stamped off twice before stamping just two edges of the sentiment oval. The ovals were made with my Creative Memories oval cutter. I distressed the edges with my edge distressor tool and added some brads. The used my threading water punch (love it - it's a must have!) and topped it with some twill ribbon and a piece of gingham. The sentiment panels are raised on pop dots. The "piercings" around the perimeter were made with a little piercing tool by EK Success...it rolls along the paper to make the piercing marks.

Thanks for stopping by...later this week I'll have some new sneak peeks for you by CC Designs...stay tuned!
See you soon...
