While trying to get back on track...

today, I came across this card that I made just before leaving on vacation and hadn't posted yet...so here you go! (click on photo for a closer view)

I decided to spice up the color combo a little with some teal for one of my layers. All images are stamped in chocolate chip and I roughed up some of the edges with my scissors. I ran some ribbon behind the main panel and attached that panel with Making Memories antiqued eyelets. The pine bough is stamped off once before stamping on the card. I also decided to go with a different "fold" on this card. I folded the card in half as usual and then folded the front in half again, back onto itself so that the sentiment is stamped on the "inside" of the card but still visible on the front...clear as mud?! I'm sure you get the idea!

Well, slowly but surely I'm getting on track. Laundry is pretty much done, still have some folding to do. I've checked some projects off my "to do" list...I think the hardest thing is catching up on the blogs I check out and trying to keep up with what is happening in the papercrafting world! It's amazing what takes place in a little over a week!!

It's back to school this week - Tuesday to be exact...I'm looking forward to posting regularly again and getting back into a schedule. I hope all is well with you and that you had a good summer! Check back for some Halloween designs this week!
Happy Sunday Night!
See you soon...
