It's that crazy time of year again!!! I made a few cards on Saturday but didn't have a chance to post them until today...I have a few other things in the works including today's challenge so I plan to be back with at least one, maybe two more posts!!
So, here is what I did Saturday morning...All images by DRS Designs. The Xmas tree, sentiments and berry branch are all new releases. (click on photos for closer views)
They are all relatively simple so I won't go on and on...let me know if you have any questions though...
Lots of heat embossing on this one! The focal panel is raised on pop dots. I rubbed the edges in the craft ink and then added powder and heated.
I love to see all the bittersweet winding around the trees and bushes this time of year and I thought this berry branch was perfect for replicating the bittersweet!
I colored the image with chalk pencils...the ribbon is brown although in the photo it looks much darker. I used to cut the bittersweet and bring it in the house but it was so messy with all the little pieces falling off...this version is much cleaner!!!
For this one, I wanted to show you that this stamp is pretty versatile - you can really use it for any time of year...this is a Christmas version...again colored in chalk pencils...
I finished up the girls teacher gifts yesterday - I'll be posting those later this week so stay tuned...great ideas (I think!) for less than $5/gift!!!
I'll be back!
See you soon...
