I decided to keep this one simple, making the most of my white card base. The patterned paper is by Three Bugs in a Rug - lattice. The solid cardstock is by Bazzill. I replaced his balloons with prima sprites - kind of like he is holding HUGE flower mylar balloons!!! The sentiment is from the Gone to School set. A bright and cheery card to end the day!!
