I bet you like the kind that doesn't put inches on your waistline!!! These "chocolate" hearts fit that bill!!!
All images by DRS Designs. Since today is Wednesday, I decided to use today's sketch challenge on my card! What a shock right?! (LOL) Don't you just love this sentiment?! For some reason I always think pink and brown when I see it, hence the color combo on this one! I just couldn't resist the felt hearts! They are cut from the sizzix primitive hearts die. For the ribbon on the hearts, I simply tied a knot in some scraps and then adhered them to the front of the hearts. The little bubbles on the side are dew drops that can be found at All That Scraps.
And now, jumping ahead to summer, because it is cold here and quite frankly, I'm ready for winter to leave!! You might remember this guy from last week...he is an image from a soon (this Friday to be exact) to be released set (one of a whole bunch) from JessicaLynnOriginal.
Again, I used todays sketch and my sizzix! The "sun" is half of the oval scallop frame. I sponged the sky and sand. The sentiment and drink are from the same set. The thought bubble is a cuttlebug scallop die cut. Just a fun card to help you think warm thoughts!!!
Thanks for checking in...I'm going to try to squeak out another card/project while the girls watch Family Feud! Yes, dh discovered we have the game show channel a couple of weeks ago and now the three of them are hooked! Every time they are glued to the shows on that channel I think of my 80ish year old Great Aunt - as a kid we would visit her on a weekly basis and every time we walked into her apartment she would be sitting by her window watching her game shows!! :-)
Wish me luck...
See you soon...

Love the pink and brown color combo on your first card, and Kilroy is fantastic imaged on your second. Two wonderful cards.
