I decided to pleat my ribbon although it's a little hard to see peeking around the edges of my focal image!

This is the first time I've used this Valentine flower and I love it - what fun it is to color! I stamped the interlocking heart background in versamark on the red panel. I then alternated the panels behind my focal image - red on black, black on red. I found a length of wide satin ribbon in my stash and pleated it with my sewing machine using a straight stitch and then I stitched again with a zig zag. Luckily I had some really "tall" pop dots as I had to adhere the focal image over the bumpy ribbon! I added a button with the same style pop dot and tied some embroidery floss through the holes. I used the SU! slit punch to make my corners on the focal panel and then added some jewels. Just a portion of the focal image was stamped for the inside panel of the card.
