Tough Color Combos...

in the SCS color challenges lately!!! Today's challenge was brilliant blue, garden green and pumpkin pie! Well, after some deliberation, I decided they were perfect colors for a boy birthday card!!!

Images by DRS Designs...giga scallop image is a new release!!!!

This was a fun card, although I think I could have stitched a little bit straighter!!! Someone (dd#2) was fiddling around in the desk below my machine which was a little distracting!!! I know, excuses, excuses!!!! The stars are sizzix die cuts. I used both star background stamps by DRS...the easy star background and an interlocking star background. The font on the sentiment is a perfect boy font!!

Make sure you head on over and check out all the new releases!! Check back tomorrow for the Color Throwdown color challenge - we're back!!!

See you soon...
